Founding Vision · Our Story
ANBO (Sichuan Anbo Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded in January 2024 with a registered capital of RMB 100.8 million. We are an integrated R&D, production and sales maker of toughened glass insulators. Our plant sits in the Ya'an Mingshan Economic Development Zone, right by National Highway 108 and the Chengdu–Ya'an expressway, with over 16,000 m² of floor area.
We do one thing: make toughened glass insulators well. No trading layer — melting, tempering, cementing, inspection and export packing all happen in-house. We run internationally advanced furnace technology with high-precision batching and fully automatic feeding, pressing, soaking, tempering and thermal-shock control, backed by a full supervisory system and high-accuracy test equipment. Annual output tops 5 million pieces.
Our products meet IEC 60383 and GB/T 1001.1-2023, covering 40–550 kN standard and anti-pollution cap-and-pin disc types and 70KN-240KN aerodynamic types. They are sold nationwide and exported to multiple countries. Core Technology
Tempering gives the glass its fail-safe, self-shattering nature; cementing sets mechanical strength; piece-by-piece inspection guards outgoing quality.
Precisely controlled tempering locks in stress so any flawed piece shatters completely — no defective unit ever reaches a line.
The zinc cap is bonded to the glass disc with high-strength cement, meeting IEC mechanical pull-out strength.
Every finished unit passes visual, dimensional and routine checks before entering stock.
