insulglass has completed delivery of a complete toughened-glass insulator package for a 500 kV alternating-current transmission line, shipping ahead of schedule and passing on-site acceptance on the first inspection.

Scope of supply

• U70BP / U100BLP suspension discs for tangent and tension towers
• Hot-dip galvanized ball-eye and socket-clevis coupling fittings
• Full IEC 62217 type-test reports and batch routine certificates

Quality assurance

Every string was 100% routine-tested for mechanical and power-frequency performance before dispatch. The project again validated our vertical integration — from glass shell toughening to hardware galvanizing — under one roof.
